Sustainable Foundation
EcoMatPro® began as a concept by its founder Antony (Tony) Anson who developed Flex Weave Bamboo – a proprietary manufacturing process which gives our products a technical advantage over the competition. Flex Weave only uses regenerative bamboo in its products and is a sustainable substitute to traditional materials such as plastic, timber and concrete.
Mr. Anson first used Flex Weave for the Industrial Ground Protection Matting (ECM-70) in order to move heavy equipment through difficult terrain, such as peat swamps and steep inclines. It is this industrial heritage where EcoMatPro began to innovate its Flex Weave manufacturing process to other products – such as the ECM-30 and KodeK® Sustainable Building Materials.
